I built this program because I lived the career that breaks your body.

Before becoming Tampa's premier corrective exercise specialist, I spent years on Wall Street as a securities trader — 60-hour weeks, insurmountable pressure, an inconsistent fitness routine with and a heavy drinking habit as well. I watched high-performing colleagues gain weight, develop chronic pain, and cycle through random workout programs that made things worse.

When I left finance to pursue elite-level fitness coaching full time, I had one goal: build a system that actually works for the executive lifestyle — not around it.

Today I train C-suite professionals, founders, and senior executives exclusively in private settings — your home, your office, or your building's private gym. No crowded facilities. No wasted time. No programs designed for 25-year-olds.

The CSP Method is a structured three-phase protocol built around one non-negotiable principle: you have to move well before you can train hard. Every program is custom-designed from a full movement assessment — because treating a 48-year-old executive the same as a college athlete isn't coaching. It's guesswork.

And because your time is your most valuable asset, every session comes to you. Your office. Your home. Your building gym. A park near your next meeting. No commute. No locker rooms. No wasted hour either side of your workout. Just expert coaching, delivered where your life actually happens.

THE 3 STEPS OF THE CSP SYSTEM:
1. C - Correct

​Most professionals over 35 have accumulated movement issues from years of desk work, travel, and stress.

Before intense training begins, we assess and correct:

• posture imbalances
• mobility restrictions
• weak or inhibited muscles
• joint mechanics that may lead to injury

This step dramatically reduces the risk of injury and allows training to progress safely.

2. S  - Strengthen

Once movement quality improves, we begin the physical transformation.

This phase focuses on:

• fat loss and body recomposition
• building lean muscle tone
• increasing strength and metabolism
• restoring energy and physical confidence

Clients often lose 15–40 pounds during this stage while building noticeable muscle tone.

3. P - Perform

After the body becomes stronger and more balanced, we train for real-world performance.

This may include:

• golf performance training
• racquet sport conditioning
• athletic strength and power
• long-term joint durability

The goal is not just looking better but maintaining an athletic, capable body for decades.
