CSP Fitness brings fitness to you! We offer in-home personal training services that make it easy and convenient to get in shape. Our in-home personal trainers will keep you motivated and on track so that you'll feel great, complete a safe and effective workout program and enjoy getting in shape!
Forget about signing up with one of the many Tampa, Florida gyms where you will not maximize your workouts, and spend more time traveling to the gym than actually in it. THE 3 PHASES OF THE CSP IN-HOME SYSTEM:
1. Correct
In the most important step of our system we will perform a corrective assessment which will identify any muscular imbalances which may need to be addressed to help reduce or alleviate any joint or muscular discomfort. We will see where your diet needs to be modified so you can ease into a healthier way of eating. Finally, you will be instilled with established tenets of behavioral psychology to help alleviate any limiting beliefs that may be keeping you from becoming the best version of yourself.
2. Strengthen
After identifying and beginning the correction process in step one we will identify your goals of weight loss, muscle gain, strengthening and conditioning so we may proceed to train you accordingly. Your dietary macros and micros will be prescribed along with an eating plan to follow and based upon your results will be tweaked throughout the process.
3. Perform
In this phase we will begin sports specific training for any activity you may wish to take part in. If your activity is running, cycling, tennis, golf, MMA we will tailor a strength and conditioning program to your specific needs

Introductory Assessment
One of our trainers will put you through a battery of low impact movements to see if there are any muscular imbalances that may need to be addressed in order to reduce any pain or the chances of injury. We will cover your diet to see what tweaks can be made. Your trainer will also investigate any limiting beliefs or habits which need to be addressed for you to reach your goals.

One on One or Partner Training Packages
Where pedal hits the metal we will address your physical, dietary and mental needs to make sure we are getting the best out of you. Whether you want one session or a package of 12 or 36 sessions our trainers will make sure your goals are addressed each and every session so you may reach your full potential.

Nutrition Counselling
Our team of experts provides personalized guidance and support, taking into account your unique needs and preferences. Whether you're looking to lose weight or simply improve your overall health, we're here to help you every step of the way.

My name is Chad Perry
I have over 12 years of experience personal training. After a career as Wall Street Hedge Fund Trader I began a new life helping others realize their best self through exercise, diet and mindfulness.
